Supreme Court of India including Validity of Entry Tax in
India (9 Judge Bench), Validity of reservation policy in
super specialty medical colleges in Tamil Nadu and Singur
Land Acquisition Case.
Before to founding A3T Legal, Anish was an associate with
Amarchand & Mangaldas where he contributed to various
landmark deals in the Transactional space including
acquisition of an Aviation Major and establishment of
Managed Accounts for Sovereign Wealth Funds.
Anish is a gold medallist from National Law University,
Jodhpur and has completed LL.M. from Harvard.

Avi is an expert in the Arbitration, Advisory, Litigation
and Dispute Resolution space.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India as
well as High Courts of various States and regulatory &
adjudicatory Tribunals such as NGT, TDSAT, COMPAT,
NCLAT, DRT, CAT, ITAT, NCDRC, NHRC and APTEL.
He has advised and represented diverse group of clients
ranging from telecom industry behemoths to shipping
companies as well as industrial manufacturers to service
sector giants.
Avi is the holder of University Gold Medal from National
Law University, Jodhpur and completed his B.C.L. from
University of Oxford.
